When you're running low on your NecessaryGood product, simply order your refill pouch and receive it within 2 days. Please ensure to decant the refills into your bottles within 5 days*. To minimise waste, we encourage you to refill your NecessaryGood bottle as often as you can, for as long as you can. However, if you'd like to order new bottles, simply email us at help@necessarygood.co.uk, and we'll provide you with new bottles at no extra cost.
*Refill pouches are crafted from cellulose and a bio-based biodegradable film, while the outer cardboard packaging is FSC certified, made from 100% recycled materials, and 100% recyclable.
